Hey,

I am leaving my cosy double room, by Regent's Canal, in a 3 bedroom flatshare near Broadway Market. The flat is located on Regent's Canal and is 30 seconds away from Broadway Market, 10 min walk away from London Fields and Victoria Park and 15 min walk away from Bethnal Green tube station.

The room has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a closet, 2 wall-shelves and a bed table. The room is cosy making it really easy to feel home.

The flat, on the ground floor, has a big living room with an adjacent kitchen. There are also two gardens, one small and one a bit bigger giving on the communal area.

The rent is 730/month all bills included. The deposit is about 780 to transfer to a private landlord.

No couples.

The room will be available on Tuesday 31st July.

You will be living with Eli and Zalia, both professionals working in charity and hospitality. Zalia has a cat named Tsuki. They love sharing dinner over a beer, debate and occasionally watch Netflix together. They are also quite independent and are looking for someone like-minded that enjoys some quiet time and independence alone.

The viewings will be held starting Tuesday 17th July.
